Questions about accounts, payments and configs

Short answers about One VPN, Double VPN, OpenVPN, WireGuard, VLESS, BTC/XMR payments and the minimal-data model.

Account model account number instead of email

Only the random account number is needed to log in. Email, name and phone are not required.

Do I need email to register?

No. An account is a random number, without name, email or phone.

What is One VPN?

A connection through one selected server. After payment you choose the country and download the ZIP bundle.

What is Double VPN?

A two-server chain: the entry server accepts the connection and the exit server sends traffic to the internet.

Can I choose Double VPN countries?

Yes. After payment you choose entry and exit servers in the panel.

Which protocols are included?

The ZIP contains OpenVPN TCP, OpenVPN UDP, WireGuard and VLESS for Windows, macOS and Linux.

Why is download locked before payment?

Configs grant VPN access, so ZIP download opens only after the invoice status becomes paid.

Which payment methods are planned?

Bitcoin and Monero. Production mode needs Bitcoin Core and monero-wallet-rpc connected.

Is a separate wallet created for every client?

No. The proper model is one main wallet and a separate receive address or subaddress per invoice.

Why support Monero?

Monero is better aligned with privacy-first payments because addresses and amounts are not public in the same way as Bitcoin.

Why support Bitcoin too?

Bitcoin is familiar and convenient. You send funds to clean new wallets.

What is stored for an account?

The minimum: account number, plan, period, invoice, payment status and subscription expiry date. Unpaid accounts are deleted one week after registration; paid accounts are deleted one week after subscription expiry.

Are client IPs stored?

The target model does not store client IPs, connection history or account-to-IP-to-time mappings.

What does NO LOGS mean?

No user connection logs and no traffic history storage.

What does NO NETFLOW mean?

Provider selection considers the network layer, including absent or limited flow logs where this can be confirmed.

Why is dedicated better than VPS?

Dedicated gives more control over disk, boot, network and physical neighbors. VPS is cheaper but adds a hypervisor and shared host layer.

Will all servers be dedicated?

The goal is a dedicated-first network. We use VPS where geography, testing or availability justifies it.

What does RAM OS mean?

A model where working state is moved into memory as much as possible and persistent disk traces are minimized.

Why WireGuard?

WireGuard is fast, simple and good for stable daily VPN connections.

Why OpenVPN TCP?

TCP profiles help in networks where UDP is unstable or blocked.

Why OpenVPN UDP?

UDP is usually faster and better for everyday VPN traffic.

Why VLESS?

VLESS is an additional profile for clients and networks where standard VPN protocols may work worse. We do not recommend using it if anonymity is your goal.

Can I use configs on a router?

OpenVPN and WireGuard work on many routers if the firmware supports importing those profiles.

Can I download configs again?

Yes. Log in with the account number after payment and download the ZIP again.

Can I change country in One VPN?

Yes. One VPN lets you pick any available country in the panel.

Can entry and exit be the same in Double VPN?

No. Entry and exit servers must be different.

What if I lose my account number?

Because we do not ask for email, recovery is limited. We can try to restore your account by payment if it has not been deleted. Contact us and we will try to help.

Does the site use cookies?

No cookies are needed for registration. The site stores only a language preference cookie, and login is based on the account number.

Is JavaScript required?

Core actions use server-side forms. JavaScript is only progressive enhancement.

When does an account expire?

It depends on the selected period: test day, week, month, three months, six months or year.

What happens after expiry?

Access closes, and the account remains in the database for 7 days before automatic deletion.

How long do we store account data?

We store account data for one week after registration if unpaid, or one week after subscription expiry. After that it is permanently deleted.

I want to delete my account. How do I do it?

You can delete it in profile settings. The account is removed from the database immediately.
